  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism OR related experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a television writer or producer.


  • Arrive at the station at 8 am.
  • Begin preparing for airtime – build rundowns, review lead story, graphics, all the fun stuff!
  • Regular contact with talent, content producers, guests, and local advertisers throughout the day.
  • Working alongside your amazing team to book and prep for a flawless show.
  • Responding to and covering the above-mentioned lifestyle and advertiser integrations.
  • Go home at 5 pm, get some rest and get ready to come back and have a totally different day tomorrow!
