QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Some office experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with multi-line telephone system a plus
  • Notarize documents
  • Pleasant demeanor in person, over the telephone and electronically
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dependable, team player who exhibits high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 
DUTIES: 


WNYT-TV NewsChannel 13 would like to hire an individual with exceptional communication skills and the availability to work four hours per day, five days per week, Monday thru Friday. Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  1. Answering a multi-line phone system
  2. Sort and distribute mail
  3. Greeting station visitors, clients and guests
  4. Notarize documents
  5. Stuff and mail invoices
  6. Assist managers with station projects
  7. Track supply orders
 
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 


Ability to sit for long periods of time.  Must have good vision and hearing.  Manual dexterity for keyboarding and operation of multi-line telephone system and manipulating office equipment and controls.  The Company will make reasonable physical accommodations to facilitate the ability to perform essential job functions.
